On December 4, Aixsen welcomed two representatives from an Australian renewable energy manufacturer, primarily involved in wind power equipment while expanding into the solar energy market. As part of their new production line upgrade, our client is seeking an automated handling solution for solar panel movement and positioning.

With increasing production volumes, the client aims to replace manual lifting with a safer and more scalable automation system. Their key challenges include:

• Handling large, delicate solar panels without damage
• Reducing labor intensity and improving workplace safety
• Ensuring stable, repeatable handling for future high-volume production

Purpose of the Visit & What They Saw at Aixsen

The main goal of the visit was to evaluate Aixsen’s technical strength and real project experience in robotic handling automation. During the factory tour, our engineering team showcased several active handling-robot workstations currently under construction, including:

• Two ESTUN rail-mounted handling robots:
  • 80 kg payload system for medium-weight material transfer
  • 500 kg payload system for heavy-duty applications
• A gantry-type handling robot: Capable of 1-ton lifting and precise transport

After the tour and in-depth technical discussions, the client expressed strong confidence in Aixsen’s ability to engineer a reliable, customized robotic handling solution for their solar panel production line. They gained a clear understanding of our expertise in system design, fabrication, and integration, and the collaboration is currently progressing smoothly.
