A Turkish manufacturer has acquired three H-beam welding workstations from us. Specializing in stiffener and box girder welding, they faced challenges with long seams, variable joint positions, and inconsistent quality, requiring automated precision.
Core System Configuration
- Vision System: Integrates 2D camera, 3D camera, and line laser tracking to enable real‑time weld seam recognition and adaptive path compensation.
- Welding Unit: Fully automated welding system supporting preset and recall of multiple weld pass parameters.
- Applicable Workpieces: Large structural components such as H‑beams, stiffeners, and box girders.
Delivery Status
All three workstations have passed final factory testing, meeting all agreed‑upon performance indicators. The equipment has been professionally packed and is now en route to the customer’s production facility in Turkey.
